Our Commitment Against Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)
At Milo, we strictly prohibit all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation. Our Public CSAE Policy clearly outlines our zero-tolerance position and enforcement procedures.
In-App Feedback & Reporting Mechanism
We offer a dedicated Report a Concern feature within our app, visible in the profile, settings, and chat screens. Users can quickly flag inappropriate behaviour or suspected CSAE content. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Handling of CSAM
Any detected or reported Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is removed immediately. We comply with legal obligations to report confirmed CSAM to relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the U.S. or equivalent regional bodies.
Legal Compliance
Milo adheres to all applicable child protection laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We maintain documented procedures and staff training to remain compliant across jurisdictions.
